We'll be communicating via WhatsApp or in-app messaging on a regular basis.
Each Friday, I'll send you a check-in form that will provide me with information beyond what I can obtain from tracking your nutrition and training alone. You will share with me how you've felt throughout the week, how was your sleep, recovery and stress levels, how you feel about your progress and things you need help with. Also, you will send me a short 2-5 minute video where you summarize anything you consider essential for me to know. Using this information, along with your exercise and diet tracking, I'll provide you with concise video/email feedback where I'll highlight areas in which you're doing well, things that can be improved and what we need to work on moving into the following week. All this ensures we're consistently moving towards your goal.

Yes, you will! I take pride in creating a customised nutrition plans for my clients. You'll know exactly how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat you should consume daily. I'll help you to understand what foods to eat and what foods to avoid. I'll help you with food timing to optimise muscle gain (protein synthesis). I'll help you with supplementation and recipes too.
I'll structure everything for you, so no more guessing, just progressing.

The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, and the same applies to the 12 weeks package following the initial twelve-week payment. You can withdraw directly via PayPal, or I can cancel it at your request. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again and will be able to continue the service until the end of your current payment period.

Absolutely! You will receive a cookbook with over 40 delicious, easy-to-make recipes. That includes 10 Breakfasts, 10 Snacks and 20 Lunches & Dinners recipes.

Definitely not. During our initial consultation, we'll set up goals for you. You'll choose your best training frequency, and I'll create a training programme according to how many days a week you'll decide to train.

You will track your food intake through MyFitnessPal or an in-build food tracker. Whatever you log in, I’ll be able to see and reflect on it.

No, you don't need to. I will create an effective home-based workout for you if you work from home.

Once you have signed up, I'll send you a questionnaire form to fill out. The questionnaire contains essential information I need to obtain from you before I start building up your programme. Once you've completed the questionnaire and uploaded your front, side, and rear pictures, I'll have your plan created within two days or by the day you start.
